The Productivity Initiatives in Services & Manufacturing (PRISM) represents a group of productivity-related programmes including seminars and training courses supported by WDA across both cross-sectoral and selected industry verticals.

The various programmes under PRISM are targeted primarily at managerial and supervisory-level staff to acquire know-how to help their companies become more productive via different tools (e.g. 6 sigma, lean management, TQM) and techniques (e.g. process reengineering, innovation, service strategies).

Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents who attend a programme under PRISM will enjoy the following subsidies of course or participation fees:

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can enjoy higher course fee funding of 90% under the Enhanced Training Support for SMEs scheme.
